Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of the SongScroll mobile application. By using the App, you agree to be bound by them.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and connected service tokens secure.
- You may not use the App to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Music content
SongScroll surfaces music metadata and previews from Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Last.fm, and MusicBrainz. All audio, artwork, and metadata remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to the terms of those services. You need an active subscription with the underlying service to play full tracks where required.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the App or its data.
- Do not use the App to harass other users or upload content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to bypass any access controls or rate limits.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the platform store (Apple App Store) and are governed by that platform’s terms.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
